Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply add the items you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment information to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly. Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to cancel or modify it for you.

When will I receive my order confirmation?

You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after placing your order. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it right away.


Shipping & Delivery 

What are your shipping costs?

Standard shipping is always free on all orders within the United States.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to deliver all orders within 6 - 12 business days. Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

What does 'Insured Shipping' cover?

The 'Insured Shipping' option means your package is fully insured against loss or damage during transit. It also provides coverage in the unlikely event of porch piracy (theft after delivery).

Can I track my package?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website.

Why is the delivery time longer than usual?

As we operate on a direct-to-consumer model, our products are shipped straight from our suppliers to you. This strategy allows us to save significantly on warehousing and logistics costs, which translates to our sharp pricing. Our average delivery time is 15 to 20 business days.

What if I haven't received my order after the estimated delivery time?

Due to high demand for our popular fashion items, it may take slightly longer than expected. We appreciate your patience! If the estimated period has passed and you still haven't received your package, please email us at info@somlum.com. We will promptly investigate the whereabouts of your package and resolve the issue.


Returns & Exchange

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receipt, provided the clothing is unworn, all tags are intact, and it is in its original packaging.

How do I initiate a return?

Please send an email to info@somlum.com or use our dedicated returns portal. You will then receive instructions on how to send the items back.

Can I get a refund or an exchange?

You can choose between a full refund of the purchase price or an exchange for a different size or color, subject to stock availability.

How long does it take to process a return?

After we receive your return, processing the refund usually takes 14 business days.

How do I choose the correct size?

Please consult our detailed size chart, which you can find on every product page. It includes the exact measurements in inches.

Are the colors on the website accurate?

We do our best to display the colors of our apparel as accurately as possible. Please note that the color on your screen may vary slightly due to your monitor settings.

Are the items in stock?

The current stock status is displayed on each product page. If a size cannot be selected, it means the item is temporarily sold out.
